I bought a samsung galaxy s6 on 23 july 2016 and when i opened the box it had scratches on fingerprint sensor and camera, moreover it had dust in front and real camera module, a brand new device which i opened had dust in it. Clearly a poorly manufactured unit. I visited the the service center and the lady executive checked the device with her eyes and denied the presence of dust.
In august 2016, when i insisted to samsung service center manager, he found that it has dust and replaced the camera modules when earlier they could've generated a doa and replaced the poorly manufactured device.
Since that day, i'm facing same issues again and again and a complain is registered every month september, october, december, january, march, june. You can check the job sheets if you'll check with my mobile numbers. It clearly means that you people aren't able to fix the issue what's why i'm facing it again and again.
It also stopped charging once and i had to get it done correct. As a rough idea, it's camera modules have been replaced 14 15 times.
I was promised my one of your manager customer experience, mr. Mouazam ali hakim "hakim. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com" on call, that if i face the same issue again i'll get you a refund or replacement for this device.
I've always been given a false promises and false assurances that i'll not face this issue again. Clearly, i was a fool to believe your baseless false talks.
I'm facing same issues with camera again and mobile phone is not being charged, it heats up when it is on charging. I'm afraid that it might explode. On the order side, parts are not available in stock to replace and i'm being told that i've to wait for next 20 days. For 20 days, i obviously need to charge device and it only heats up when it is charged, i feel like it's about to explode.
I want a refund or a replacement for this poorly manufactured unit as once this device will get out of warranty, i'll still face the same issues just because i purchased a samsung flagship instead of apple or pixel.
Terrible experience with you guys and if i'll not be given any refund or replacement, i'll share it on social media and will make sure that all my friends read it and share this terrible service by their friends so that people don't waste their hard earned money on your gadgets.
