No doubt you forwarded the complaint .But it is not our solution i bring your attention on the customer care who is exploitation the innocent customers who come from the village .
Engineer making fool to the customer by trick because nobody knows the term @ condition.
I m unable to draw the reality .
If you had some audit process so please implement...
