Dear whoever concerned,
My samsung galaxy j7 prime bearing imei no [protected] was handed over to maa padmawati tele solutions, 921/kameswari road, subhas pally, cooch behar, west bengal for replacement of broken display and front rear case (Fully paid service amounting rupees 6400.00) on 07/08/2017. I was told it will take two weeks at maximum which by itself too much procrastination for my set to get repaired. 50% of the amount was paid in advance. As assured by the concerned service centre i visited first on 21/08/2017 followed by 28/08/17 and 07/09/2017. Every time they kept me waiting at least one hour just to tell me that the set is still not repaired. What is shocking they can't give me any definite time as to when my set be delivered. Just the moment you enter the centre there is visibly notified speedy and quality service. My humble question is that is this what samsung promised about quality and speedy service? Isn't this unbecoming for a widely trusted company like samsung. 32 days have passed still i am in darkness when i will get my set. On the job sheet it is written that they may also provide me stand by model... It really makes me laugh. Plz don't say things like that. Just look into my complaint and plz do whatever necessary so that my set is delivered. I am really having problems without my set... Sorry if i was a bit emotional.
