[Resolved]  Samsung India — very bad customer care service

Very bad service from patan(gujarat)
From sequir mobile services near pnb(mobail cuustomer services staion)
i gave my mobail more then 10 time within one year but not solved my charging problem
and costomer care head not give me the satisfied answer

When my mobaile is in waranty i had been face the charging isue(5 mintut take to 1% charging remaining)

When my mobail in waranty the head said take hard softeware with your mobai(5 time he do this proces)
I agree but not solved
after he said you have to change your data cable i agree but not sovled(in waranty)
After he said you want to change your adapter(out of waranty) i agree but not solved
after he said you have to change your usb then i agree but not solved

And when i bring my mobail in service center i waited 3-4 hour
i want to take action
