[Resolved] Samsung India — very disappointed | |||||
Already contacted the below id.. Even after explaining them n no. Of time that i have got the ear phone for one of the mobile while have not got it for the other. They seem to ignore the importance of a customers query. The only reply i got was we do not provide ear phone with the mobile phones. I am tired of repeating things. How can a mobile company not provide a ear phone with a mobile that was ordered for a range of 13000. Surprised to see such a response from samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||||
