I am now become very disappointed with your service that on 25.7.17 there is my complaint regarding non operating microwave
And error is c do in reponse of the complaint the engg gandhi visit and told me that we have to replace the part and will replace when it become available i am in touch with gandhi but part not received in between my product warranty expires on 13.8.17 and i received messessge that part is become ready and you have to pay rs.354/ then i was shock and call mr gandhi he says now system not accept replacement after warranty he suggest me to complaint again i again contact on toll free and i got another shock that status of your complaint is solve and instead of giving me proper service they blaim me why you do not call in between i said that i am in touch with mr gandhi then they says ok we will do within warranty period but after one days i received message that is another shock that your request cancel. Again i call today launch complaint repeat history again and get assures that our senior will call you but as usual i am not received any call but get another shock as the history of samsung call centre got message order become cancel i hereby request to kindly look into the matter at urgent that i am suffering since last two months
Or replace my entire product
I am expecting your seniors call if your service is proper
