I have purchased a samsung mobile named galaxy j7 pro (Detail given below). I have noticed a small purple line on right side o[censored]pper corner within a month from the date of purchasing which converted in to a black circle and increased gradually and covered almost all over display within 4-5 days. No instance of any press or damage to mobile set has been noticed. Samsung dealer refused to repair it under warranty and requiring rs. 4500/- to replace the lcd. I have sent a request through samsung customer service vide request no. [protected] on dated 12.01.2018 but no response has been received so far. Particular of mobile set is as under:
