[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine

I purchased a new samsung washing machine during april 2017, the machine was generating lot of noise. I complained several times but they didn't delegate a person for service. At last when i called on 8th august they sent a person stating there is problem in the machine some bearing failure and they took the machine to their service centre on 11th aug 2017, even on 18th i have not received my machine.
