Under the reference complaint no [protected] the washing machine was delivered after rectification (Rectification as informed by samsung service centre)
My front door washing machine again stopped working within a span of one month.
I was again asked to pay the charges to repair the machine under complaint no [protected].
When i denied to bear any charges (As i have already paid for the circuit that got damaged) samsung closed my compliant without my consent. When i called customer care again they requested to open the compliant and so i again opened the complaint with request no [protected]. Again the same thing was repeated and complaint was closed by samsung without my consent. When i called customer care they booked the complaint with other reference no [protected].
Samsung offers one of the worst services and they just know how to harass customers.
I do not understand how many times do i have to keep on paying the charges and also this has wasted so much of my time. I will not pay any expenses now. If my washing machine is not repaired free of cost within two days time then i will take legal actions against samsung service centre and also i will stop buying any samsung products.
