[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine complaint | |||||
Complaint against washing machine bought 8 years before, model wa82asl, purchase date 03.02.2011. Sir, Recently my house main elcb (Earth leakage circuit breaker) tripped intermittently. Electrician found it after a continuous inspection that the samsung washing machine causes tripping. I called the authorised customer care centre on 5.1.2018 and registered a complaint & request no is :[protected] On 6.1.2018 a service engineer visited and switched on the washing machine and started washing on 112 min, but when it reached 53 min elcb tripped. After inspection he found that main panel and all other circuit are working but the earth wire kit is damaged because of oldness. I registered a complaint again for the earth wire kit. A service man came on 8.1.18 and started removing the main panel, i reminded him that the earth wire kit is the issue, but he changed the panel wires and said this will rectify issues. After service when he switched on panel too was not working, and he was advising me that it's 8 years old now this will not work again, better to buy a new one. Again i contacted customer care & request no is :[protected] then the authorized service center call me & said such earth wire kit is not available and advised me to buy a new washing machine. Again i called customer care the initiate complaints but till no action has been taken. I would like to know from your side about the life time of a samsung washing machine, and how long will you provide services and spare parts.
