[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine - no response on service request

Hi, I have opened a service request with samsung for a problem in my washing machine since last 4 days. However, there hasn't been any progress on it. The technician's phone number sent to me doesn't exist. Calling customer care gives me the same standard response every time that it will happen today and apparently customer service reps can't do anything more than sending a reminder to local service centers. This is the most pathetic service i have ever experienced & i will have to think a thousand times before buying another samsung product. Service request no: [protected] Was this information helpful?
