[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine/duration timing increasing than the display timing

Dear customer care manager - i am vinod kumar - husband of mrs. Suma. K. R who purchased washing machine fully automatic. Model. No. Samwa65m4010hl 84501100 samsung top load, vide inv. No. Inv[protected] for rs.23500.00
Main complaint is " 38 minutes duration showing in display, but more than 1 and half hour taking washing process. First of all, the technician who visited my house is not behaved in good manner & he is not ready to explain the things.

Please take care to my complaint & solve the issue within 48 hours timing.

Thanks for your reply. We hope our complaint will be take care & solve it on urgent basis.

More over Samsung technician who visited my house complaining about water force. Please find the proof of water force coming from other tap in my house. Attached video for your reference.
