I purchased a samsung galaxy s8+ by pre booking through one of your authorised outlet at silchar, cachar, assam. Bm squarre. But i did not receive my wireless charger. I didn't receive any satisfactory response from galaxy team also after submitting all the documents they asked for.
Lastly, i submitted a complaint giving details in this forum on 19-07-17. Your outlet, bm squarre called me to submit my galaxy app to you for solving the problem. I submitted my galaxy app on 24-07-17 through them. Till date no response from your side.
Just now, when i recheck the complaint of 19th july 17 surprisingly, it was remarked as resolved.
I have not been bothered about your free wireless charger but your attitude and mind set. If i am correct that l have been tricked by obliging to send my my galaxy app, then i pity for you.
If people like you continue to serve, then in my humble opinion, you can sink not only the samsung company but also it's parent country ie south korea.
