This is to bring to your kind notice that :
I purchased samsung a7 during the month of september 2016. Last week i had a complaint with my phone for the display problem. My husband took the phone to the nearby service centre in indiranagar and they told the display is broken. After checking the phone they told it will cost around 5k, we requested for discount because of our financial condition and they told they will try. They checked the phone and sent us a report (Attached for your kind reference).
Again i received a call from the showroom on 19.08.2017 that the charging port is gone and i have to pay nearly 10k. I don't understand what did the service centre team do while checking. If there was a problem with the port then why they sent a wrong report. And more over my phone was charging well even when the display was not function. The touch screen functions on the top and back buttons were working fine.
My brother works for the law, i have discussed with him clearly about the issue and understood that the team is trying to loot us just because i have a phone that costs 30k. But i would like to tell them that i am still paying emi for the phone.
Also, i would like to bring to your kind information that the indiranagar team is trying to spoil your brand, their attitude is so bad towards the customer. This is not only my opinion but my known people as well as the customers waiting at the centre. Their rude behaviour and anger is like we are spoiling their valuable time of chit chatting. We get irritated because our phone is in problem but your team instead of convincing shouts and screams at us for giving an explanation, when we ask them to transfer the call, they tell the manager is busy, laughing between each other, the next second gone out, and ends up telling talk to me other wise disconnects the call.
Is this the way you treat your customer, i and few of my family members use samsung phone from quite a long time, i never thought this is how it is.in fact last december all of a sudden smoke started coming out of the charging point, i was at kerala and they serviced my phone for free of cost. I never updated on my social media that samsung phone is burning because i thought its an electronic item and this happens and i trusted. Now this is intolerable, the team is trying to loot us and play around with our money, is it because of any commission they get for charging us more.
The team has insulted my husband very badly and he is come to a point where he is calling all his friends and updating this and shouting at me that he will go to any showroom he finds everyday and tell people about the service. Because of your team people think the brand is at stake.
I am ready to pay certain amount for the damage but not for all this for which i am not responsible. And if this repeats i will go to any extent even take the law for help for talking so rudely to my husband. If you cant help me then i dont need your phone too, and i will ensure none in my circle opt for this kind of phone where customers problems are not sorted out but are being treated badly and charging money even for that.
I hope atleast this will help us sort the problem and support us. End of the day we are your customers who buy phone on your trust. Even after hearing a lot of complaints i took this phone because of my trust on the brand. I hope it will not go waste. Looking forward for your kind support on the same.
