I bought a refrigerator of Samsung India in January-2022. After passing 2 month, one day suddenly it stopped cooling and started leaking oil from refrigerator then i register a complaint against it to check and verify the above. When, engineer visited at home and find out whole in the Freezer Box. For which Samsung Company charges us about 8k and assured me that after making expense of 8k it will be working properly.
When i raised a request to fix the refrigerator they told me that the pickup and drop will be provided by the company. After waiting several days, no response received from the company. when i called again then i came to know that i have to drop the refrigerator at Samsung Service Center. Anyhow, i delivered the refrigerator at Samsung Service Center. After passing 3-4 days i got a message from Samsung the part has been delivered and will be repaired soon. Then after some days I got to know that Refrigerator couldn’t be repaired due to internal leakage in suction pipe which was occurred at Samsung Service Center and after this the company has raised hands up the product is not reparable, not replaceable and not refundable and due to this reason we have not pickup the refrigerator from Samsung Service Center till now.
Now, please let me know that who is responsible for the internal problem arised in the product at the Samsung Service Center and if the Company (Manufacturer) will not be able to repair the product then who will repair the same. Was this information helpful? |
