Yesterday(7/7/22) my Samsung M30 got stuck on reboot and Today I went to Samsung Service centre, Tibet Road, Gangtok, Sikkim. My case was was received by Yasudhara Gurung where she told me that I need to replace my phones IC and Charging port and it would cost Rs 2500 since my warranty was expired to which I agreed and after an hour she returned my phone after completing repairment. I then turned on my phone to check it out but to my surprise I found that all my data, photo, documents were erased which were very dear and important to me. Then I asked her how she erased my data without even notifying me before doing so to which she shouted back on me saying "it was my fault that I didn't ask" I was amazed and confuse how I am I supposed to know. Also they gave me no bill of my payment to them. I be never received such kind o[censored]gly and irrational customer service in any company and still in shock and distressed by that response and feeling completely helpless that all my data has been erased.
