My phone is 1.5 yrs old and without any dropping or water damage or any sort of physical damage whatsoever the phone screen started to malfunction and one day it stopped working. i took it to the samsung customer service and they said to buy a new screen worth 7700 ruppees. this is samsungs fault all M51 phones are facing this problem and samsung should fix this for free. not the first time something like this has happened remeber the note 7 battery explosion problem just like that samsung m51 getting problems fix this for free or i will have to file an FIR for malpractice against samsung buying samsung phones is like subscribing for a pyramid scheme

Updated by Suryaniranjan S u guys should have given every single customer a free display or mptherboard because its your fault that all the phones malfunctioned cause of an update you did this on puropse give us our money backk!!! u cheated all the customers if this doesnt work we will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection department of India!!!
