Secondly, when I had submitted the phone for repair it only had damage at the center fold which is a manufacturing defect. I can guarantee that the device did not fall and it was the fold damage because of which half of the screen was not working. I infact could use the phone using a bluetooth mouse though.
I am not in position to accept this claim and would like to get this matter escalated / resolved at the earliest. I haven't heard from anyone on this matter and would be keen to take it to the country's grievance matrix if required.
