[Resolved]  Samsung — mis selling of refrigerator

I bought samsung double door refrigerator, model rt28k3082s8-elegent inox 251l from nutan electronics, h-122a, dilshad garden, delhi-110095 via invoice no neh122/1826/h dt 30/12/2017. The product is financed by bajaj finserve.

The model was told to be a convertible one, in which the freezer part can be converted into a normal refrigerator, though that's incorrect.

When contacted the dealer with this complaint, they simply backed off this mis-selling. Salesperson padam was not in city. When called him over on phone, he denied providing any such product information. He also hung up on me saying he doesn't want to talk to me.

The owner rakesh virmani was also rude and said he is not responsible for that. I should wait for the sales person to come back from holidays to discuss.

I need a compensation for this mis selling or a proper resolution. I have no intentions to pay the difference and go for a higher model, especially when i was confirmed the convertible feature in this model.
