Hi, I have purchased this Samsung Galaxy notre 2 (GT-N7100)
on 20/08/2014 from Delhi. It works properly only 7-8
months. Now there was some issue of restarting and out of
network problem and the device restart occasionally for
which i have submitted the handset SAMSUNG CARE - ADVANCED
TECHNOLOGIES, JHARSA ROAD, GURGAON. They told me it takes
around 3-4 days as there is a problem in main board which
has to be replaced. I don't know what they did, they had
returned the handset after replacing the main board. The
handset works properly almost two weeks, after that there
is similiar problem of restarting as well as hanging ( THE
PHONE GET HANG, NO DISPLAY, NO SOUND, ONLY BLUE
NOTIFICATION LIGHT IS BLINKING) Finally need to re-insert
the battery to work it again. Most of time the handset
becomes out of network silently ( without any
notification-Signal bars shows full network). When try to
make any call, it shows" Network Not Registered". For your
kind info, I have replaced the SIM also but the problem not
resolved.
I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW COULD THE HANDSET REPEAT THE
SAME PROBLEM IF THE MAIN BOARD IS REPLACED. I AM SURE THAT
NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE IN THE DEVICE ( ONLY SOFTWARE
UPDATE/RESET). I HAVE EXTENDED THE WARRANTY PACK ALSO.
AS SAMSUNG IS THE GLOBAL REPUTED BRAND IN ELECTRONICS, SO
WHAT IS THE USE OF PURCHASING THE SAMSUNG PREMIUM PHONE IF
YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

I am also facing the same problem.
I bought samsung j5 from delhi last year in oct maybe.
Now it hangs and suddenly switched off automatically From last some weeks.
I have to charge it again to reboot this phone.
Please let me know what i have to do with this phone, should I have to through it in dustbin ?
