Samsung — mobile phone model a50

I purchased samsung mobile phone model a50 - white, serial no (Imei no) [protected] from v2 marketing shop, ghatkopar east mumbai on 26/5/2019
In the month of march i statrted facing problem of audio jack phone mode problem, phone charging was very slow. Due lock down i took phone to samsung service centre at 102, neelyog square, rb mehta road, ghatkopar east, 400077 in the month of june, lady sitting there (I dont know her name), she told that i have pay rs 150/- so they we can open phone and see if this is covered under warranty else i have to pay reapiring charges she was not in mood to listen to me

Then again in the month july we approched same service centre this time they said warranty period is over you have to pay repairing charges

In between i was not feeling well so matter got delayed

Again on 13/9/20 i called samsung call center on[protected], i had 3 rounds of discussion with samsung 3 different tele executives they tried to resovle issue over phone by giving different solution but it did not work phone problem is still there

Then again on 14/9/20 i sent them mail on support. [protected]@samsung.com reagrding my complaint till
