I bought mobile on sep-2019 in Amazon, mobile condition is completely well up to yesterday but suddenly today morning mobile stucked and restarting at samsung logo. When i shown the same to samsung care kompally, They are saying motherboard & charging slot shorted & need to change the same for that, charges are 3800 rupees. How this was happened suddenly without any issue in mobile phone. When i checked in google this type of issues are more in samsung only Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
