Hi Team Samsung,
My name is Ravindra Bhure, and I am using Samsung mobile Note 8. day before yesterday ( 27th May 2018 ) my mobile screen got damage and on very next day I had submitted my mobile in Samsung service center ( Neel telecom, in Ghatkopar East ). as my handset been registered in offer of one year screen replacement warranty, I had made the payment of Rs. 990/-.
on very next day I had checked the status of repair of Samsung portal. Status of the product is shown as " Your repair has been completed. Kindly visit Service Center to pick up your product ". To confirm I had given the call to respective center and the center team has denied to provide the product stating that Approval for replacement of screen is pending.
My concern here is if I had registered the offer and shown the registration email in that case why approval is required? and if approval is required then why customer is suppose to confirm the offer after purchase of the product.
what is the TAT for approval. even after 10 hrs center has yet not received the approval. resulting which handset is still there in center.
I had never expected this kind of worst service from Samsung,
