I tried to place my order of Samsung Galaxy f41 on 8th nov. 2020 but the order was not placed but the money was deducted. I have complaint about the same to customer care service of the samsung including CEO complaint desk but the customer care simply skipped the matter. My amount is not refunded yet. I have given all the proof of payment deduction and called nearly 20 times to customer care service regarding the same but they are simply skipping the matter by speaking that we are forwarding your issue to higher authority. They asked the proof of transaction which was provided immediately on the same day but they are simply doing fraudulent things. I an having all the recordings with the customer care service agent. I can give the name of some agent as Rahul, Harpreet, Priyanka etc. I have transferred the amount by phone pay and complaint there also and came to know that the amount is credited to the samsung only (merchent). I have sent that proof also to the samsung customer care service but the amont didn't refunded. This is the fraud things happening in samsung. I would like to draw the attention of the higher authority of the samsung India that please look over the matter and save the credit of samsung India. If the things will be the same a time will come when samsung India will be in the first position of fraudulent in India. I have sent the mail to CEO desk also but no action yet.
Please revert back if the samsung India is still having any ethics.
