I would like to bring to all of the concerns, that I have purchased one Samsung Frame TV details mentioned below from M/S Bajaj Electronics, ASR Nagar, Hyderabad on 12th June 2022. However the product got delivered to me on 7th July 2022 and the installation was done on 11th Aug 2022.During installation, the TV was opened by the Samsung technician and connected to the Power supply, but there were some issue with the sound of the TV and the technician left without any further plan of action with verbal comment to contact Dealer.
The point to be noted here is that, the technician from Samsung didn't provide any service reference number or the service report for the work he did and the further plan of action.After 3 days another service technician came with some Cable to replace to fix the issue which eventually failed to resolve the issue and he left again without any service reports to me for the future plan of action.
Upon contacting the dealer I was advised to raise the complain through the Toll free number.Upon contacting Samsung Customer care toll free number[protected], I got to know my installation ID and thereafter complained about the installation failure of the TV and requested the replacement as there is some manufacturing defect
Since then I am following up with Samsung Customer support toll free number and literally frustrated as noone is taking any action.
As the TV installation failed due to manufacturing defect the company should replace the same with new one.
Samsung India support is really pathetic and they should serve with notice to resolve customer issue and even compensate for the loss in time
