I have purchased Samsung AC in 2021, hardly used it for 6months, as we use it mostly in summers, when we started using this year within few days it ran out of gas, when i logged a service request, they recharged it. The very next day again the AC ran out of gas.. when i escalated the issue another technician came and checked it has damage inside the outdoor unit and turned out to be defective product. As it's a brand new AC i demanded for replacement, but they denied it. As it's unbearable in summer and having a 5month old baby i dint want to prolong the arguments and agreed for repair of the damage ( which they initially offered) now no one is contacting me to come and repair. I am talking to their customer care team daily and escalated thru CEO email escalation (which is o[censored]seless). But still no one is responding or attending my issue. It's more than a month now still nothing has been done.
I have even raised Grievance in National Consumer Helpline, but Samsung gave them a false update that my AC ks repaired and got it closed. I am wondering even how can NCH close the issue without even confirming from me.
This is the worst experience i ever had with any product in my whole life.
Samsung is really cheating public with their false promises and worst after sale service. We are literally suffering in this summer and deeply regretting for purchasing Samsung AC.
If someone is reading this review, kindly don't even give a thought of buying any Samsung product as their after sale service is completely unreliable, unprofessional and unethical. They don't have basic morals, even the customer care team is so inhuman. They are torturing my months old baby. Was this information helpful? |
