[Resolved] Samsung — Not refunding my money

I have purchased Samsung watch 4 on 10 Aug and cancelled on 11 Aug, when contacted Samsung customer care for refund, they mentioned that I will receive in 7-10 days

26 days, today is 4 Sep 2022, passed no refund yet, when contacted they are saying like i will receive call from their concerned team in 2 hours, but i don't receive any call, also logged ticket National consumer forum but no use.

Samsung ticket Id: 70225352.

I don't know how much mental tension it created on me, i have to pay credit card but unnecessarily.

I don't know how many more days i need to wait.

Advice to all
DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG SHOP APP.
