[Resolved] Samsung — Not took complaint of my mobile while it is in warranty in patna service center(east boring canal road, patna)

Sir,
i purchased samsung mobile from flipkart dt- 22.06.2021 (samsung m11). Currently camera of that mobile not working properly. I visited at service center ( east boring canal road, patna) yesterday. My mobile if checked by three engineer for find any physical damage even by open every parts and check by endoscope magnifier, after that they not found any damage, they told me your mobile is suffering from moisture.

They not provide me any complain no and return me.
