[Resolved]  Samsung — Online fraud

I have placed my order on Samsung shop app during FABGRABFEST sale on 2nd May'2022. I have prepaid my order and order got confirmed. After 4 days of confirmation of the order they cancelled the order even though I have not requested for cancellation. When I contacted their support they are asking me to place new order. But now the same product is Rs7000 costlier. They are running fake promotional campaign and cancelling the orders there by keeping thousands of rupees in their account for 10-15 days.
