I had ordered a Samsung tablet S8+ on 4th September 2022+which was showing a bank discount with HDFC cards but it was not placed due to Samsung India's fault to which they replied that offer is not even applicable on HDFC card. The order contained two items a Samsung tablet and a charger.
So finally I had to cancel my order on 5Th September for which refund had to be given in 7-10 days. It has been almost 24 days and I have called their customer support who just give me an answer that sorry for the delay and refund is not yet initiated for the tablet but charger is done which is very minimal against tablet. They are just giving answers on mail to wait for 24 hours from last 10 days. I am so disappointed and still no replies from the team about the refund and due to which I have to pay the bill amount and harrasment is being done continuously.
