I am sure you would be happy that customers like me are willing to spend almost 2 lakhs in the grab fest sale and was excited to wait for the sale..
But now I am feeling cheated and struggling to get quality support for which Samsung is known for.
I purchased and ordered for S24 Ultra and Ultra Watch, and now when I place same order again it shows free charger. It just took 1 day to show this change and I don't think it's my fault, but more of a cheating customer.
It is not my fault that after placing the order I kept getting server error and had to call up customer care lot of times, the same can also be seen from how I had to cancel my orders, and then place a final one. This entire experience stopped me from opting for a desired color and even changing the same within 2 hours. All I have been doing it talking to customer reps who are as usual passing bucks. It seems there's no respect for hard earned money.
I am requesting your support with two things now - Changing the Ultra Watch Color from Silver to Gray and also Getting Charger which is showing as free now if we place the same order, I am attaching screenshot for your reference.
