[Resolved]  Samsung — Order TV thru estore, not delivered within committed timeline

Order ([protected]) is submitted on 19th june which is 7 days before today. It was promised to deliver today. If gus cannot do you should update customer. In current scenario amazon or flipkart is providing 1 day delivery to any area. After today i called up to your call center they said there is an stock problem, after sometime got an call it was misunderstanding stock is there package is ready to pickup. At that point time only i said if not delivered by tomorrow cancel my order. Again now i have called your customer care, still same answer.
