I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra in May. The price was ₹105, 999 . Because of cashback offer I got ₹10, 000 discount.
The device started getting extremely overheated after 2 weeks only.
Within 2 mins of video recording, it got heated to the point I could not touch it. I called Samsung support multiple times where no solution was provided. I visited the service centre and they told me that the motherboard will have to be changed.
Ultimately I posted it on my Instagram after which I was connected with Sarvesh Kumar(Customer Experience Manager). He asked me to again give my phone to the service centre. After 2 weeks of delay, the service centre reported that there is no problem in the device and there will be no repair/replacement/refund provided and I should use the device as it is.
I asked why should I use a defected device when I paid for a new phone.
Sarvesh Kumar told me there's nothing we can do about it.
So ultimately Samsung sent me a detected 1 lakh rupees phone, refused to give me any solution and forcing me to use the same defected phone.
I have been trying to complaint regarding this for the past 2 months and Samsung has provided me with no solution. I even tried to post on Twitter. They called me once and no follow up was taken. Was this information helpful? |
