Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I made a payment of 14249 but my order is not reflected, I do not even get the order Id.
I was ordering a mobile (Samsung f22) through samsung.com. On[protected]. Money was deducted at 8:59 pm.
I used Google pay for payment, the payment was successful. but the payment page stuck at (processing the order...). I waited for 1 hour on this page but nothing happens.
Order is not showing in my account and I did not receive any confirmation or cancellation mail/message.
I have complained to customer care also. They have taken so much time but did not resolve the issue yet.
I'm attaching the screenshot of the payment also.
Please help me refund my money.
