I installed software update on my Samsung A52 phone provided by Samsung. After which It started freezing and restarting very frequently and sometime even gets stuck into restart loop. I visited Samsung service center and they asked me to pay[protected] for mother board replacement. This is completely unethical and strongly doubt that Samsung is damaging mobile phones after warranty so they get additional business/revenue.
I reached out to different communication channels via service centre, CEO's desk but they are ready to bear only 25% cost of repair and asking me to bear remaining cost as it is out of warranty. This seems all well planned where they will damage out of warranty phones and they get business.
There are numerous complaints on internet where Samsung M31 and A series phones are freezing and restarting after system update.
I request Samsung to take responsibility and give free of cost repair to all M31 and A series consumers who are facing this issue after software update.
I am starting with Consumer complaint and if not provided with free of cost repair then will reach out to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
