[Resolved]  Samsung — Pink line on phone after update of security patch

I like to keep my phone S9 plus updated, so everyday I update the phone may it be apps or software.
On 20 August 2022 when I updated my phone and I left it unused, so around 23 August I observed a pink line on the screen so as all would do I went to the internet for help and solutions, and I stumbled upon tweets and articles about the pink line gate by Samsung India after a software update.
So I messaged some of the guys for their feedback, and they informed me saying that the service center will ask you to replace the screen for around 17k odd.

I have been so careful with my phone and Samsung does this to its customers. It is such a shame and disgust to the society to extract money for Samsung loyal customer. Keep in mind I used to own every S series till the S9 plus and had found the perfect phone with Samsung.
But now disgusted with the type of service and ideology of Samsung trying to extort money in such a cheap stunt specially for out of warranty customers.

My phone is still not repaired it's been nearly a month and no solution yet. The customer care has not even replied to the mails nor provided a solution.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The complaint is still not resolved,
And I'm in follow up with Samsung through mails but not a single reply back.

The service and approach towards customers is pathetic.

I am yet to receive a reply to my mail dated 17 September 2022.

And a follow-up there after, recent being 27 September 2022.

I guess the customer service department is less/not interested to address customer grievances.

The service being so pathetic.
