I like to keep my phone S9 plus updated, so everyday I update the phone may it be apps or software.
On 20 August 2022 when I updated my phone and I left it unused, so around 23 August I observed a pink line on the screen so as all would do I went to the internet for help and solutions, and I stumbled upon tweets and articles about the pink line gate by Samsung India after a software update.
So I messaged some of the guys for their feedback, and they informed me saying that the service center will ask you to replace the screen for around 17k odd.
I have been so careful with my phone and Samsung does this to its customers. It is such a shame and disgust to the society to extract money for Samsung loyal customer. Keep in mind I used to own every S series till the S9 plus and had found the perfect phone with Samsung.
But now disgusted with the type of service and ideology of Samsung trying to extort money in such a cheap stunt specially for out of warranty customers. Was this information helpful? |
