I want to draw your kind attention to the subject of "poor customer care service" of Samsung MY AC APPLIANCE. They told me that they will come to repair it within 2 days, but now it has more than 8 days to follow with their customer care.

Therefore, I kindly request you sir please take an action properly as soon as possible & solve my problem. For this, I will be eternally grateful to you.
