On 9th July 2022 after downloading security update when I installed it in my mobile suddenly switched off...at that time nothing understood what was going on at around 1.30/2.00 A.M. On 9th July 2022 morning I went to the Samsung Service Center Silchar...after checking my mobile they told me that somehow my mobile consumed water and because of that they found fungus...but I told them how is it possible? Before updating ..my mobile was perfectly alright then what happen now? Again they told me that any kind of liquid(water) has been consumed. After that I went to the Reliance Digital Silchar Assam on 09/07/2022 evening from where I purchased the mobile (Galaxy S20FE 5G, 09/10/2021) [at that time(09/10/2021) when I purchased that mobile I told them some dust was there under display then they told me that u have already paid for the mobile so replace option was not done yet and it was a manufacturing defact], now (09/07/2022)they told me we have nothing to do you should contact with Samsung customer care.
After that I contacted with Samsung care(10/07/2022) they told me that through earpiece my mobile consumed sweat . Now Samsung company forcefully bound me to agree that I myself destroy my own mobile by imposing water or any kind of liquid things. But in reality I was not done anything like that... when I had done security update ...started for installing it, my mobile was jst shut down but Samsung company continuously pushing me to accept that it was my own fault.
In last few days, whenever I contacted with the Samsung CEO Everytime they told me that it's my fault and I should repair the mobile from my own money they can't replace it though warranty is still there...on 25/07/2022 (last day) they called me and told that they will repair (replace the motherboard of the mobile) the mobile at free of cost whenever the parts are available, after that today (30/07/2022) When I went to the Silchar Samsung customer care center they told me the same thing that they repair it at free of cost whenever parts are available but it has a long procedure and this process took a long time after completion of all processes then they will start the repairing...now question is that why people are using mobile phones? Obviously for day to day use or for work purpose...In your views Is it really thinks that customer care center stored my mobile for a long time?
After all the discussions with them I am decided to take actions against the whole things.
Now I am bound to file a case on consumer forum against Silchar Samsung Service Care Center and Samsung company.
