Last year I brought a samsung galaxy m31s with my savings as I thought samsung mobile phones are reliable and i can use it for 3 -4 years without any complaint buti am facing alot of problems in phone as it get freeze every time and restart automatically. When a visited the nearby samsung care, they said it's repairing cost is 7900 . It is the worst situation for me Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello Savita madam, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung. I am contacting all the people facing issue with freezing and restarting after software update and we will file consumer court case against samsung.
