I have ordered for Samsung monitor on 24th Jun'22 and it was promised to be delivered on 28th Jun'22 but the product did not arrive.
I continuously followed up with customer care and they always say that they have escalated the issue to their "Back-end" team and it will take about 24 hours for them to respond back to me. Days go by and still no update from anyone.
I waited for 2 weeks patiently and finally I requested to cancel the order. Now they are not initiating my refund. The product is worth Rs 11, 149/- which is a big sum. Plus I have made this purchase from my credit card. If the refund is not processed before my credit card due date, I will be charged additional interest on my credit card.
The customer care doesn't care about my issue. Every time I request them they have their standard dialogue stating that they have escalated the issue to their "Back-end" team and they will respond to me within the next 24hours but no one seems to return my call.
I have tried contacting Samsung all possible helplines, via customer service, whatsapp support, "Email the CEO" section and also "Email the Service head" section but the end result is the same - "No response"
I am requesting Samsung not to play with people's feelings and their money as it their hard earned money.
