[Resolved]  Samsung — Product not working due to bad service and installation

My name is Ajay Sharma. I have purchased a Samsung split AC on 28th April 2022. It was installed at my home on 2 May 2022. But due to bad service and bad installation of the product my ac is getting scraped. My AC is not working at all and the service team is very bad in response. Kindly look into this matter on priority. This case is of Shahbad Kurukshetra (136156) Haryana. Either provide me good service and make my AC working fine of provide me my refund and take your AC back.
