I bought Samsung S21 FE 5G smartphone which was delivered on 22nd September 2022 from Samsung Shop app using exchange offer. I have exchanged my old phone for a new S21 FE 5G, and have received a defect product. As per Samsung policy they have rectified it as a defect product and provided "DEAD ON ARRIVAL" certificate from authorised service centre and have collected their defective product on 27th September 2022. I have been talking to them since 3-4 days, and they have refused provide replacement for defective product and also not processing my refund.
I have paid 23099 as balance amount after exchanging my old phone which is of value 10900 as per their quote during exchange. I haven't heard from them regarding 33, 999 refund status yet.
Pathetic experience with Samsung, lost my perfectly good working phone, received defective product, and my money is stuck with them and they are not processing my refund as well.
