So I have been an avid fan of Samsung devices.

I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing defects.. for my samsung s20 plus model number SM-G985FZADINU purple vertical line across the screen. I have taken exceptional care of my devices and this happened. I'm quite shocked that a premium device has such defects. I'm not the only one facing this issue, in my city plenty of others are facing the same issue as well. This happened after one ui 4.1 update
I contacted nearest samsung care and called customer care service. samsung care, purulia arranged an Q & A with samsung head office .after 3 days they told me to pay 16000 to replace screen as my mobile was out of warranty ( 1 year and 3 month old ).
