I am highly disappointed in purchasing refrigerator from the samsung shop online.
I placed an order at a samsung shop online and purchased the following product.
Rt28t3483s8/hl top mount freezer with digital inverter technology 253l
Imei/serial number: 04dt4pbn802207, order date - 06 sept, 2020
Order id: #[protected].
I received the above product in damaged condition (It has dent in 5 places in the refrigerator body). Damaged product have been inspected by respective representatives and i claimed for replacement. He asked me to register a complaint in samsung online shop (Tollfree) itself.
I registered a complaint asking for replacement or refund. Complaint number: [protected].
It's been a week and no action has been taken on the reported issue. I am highly disappointed from the response i got from samsung on the whole.
If you cannot replace the product, refund my money (Rs.22490/-) back asap. I am pretty sure samsung is going to lose customers because of its poor service. Amazon replacement service itself much quicker than samsung. I would have bought this on amazon itself.
