I bought a Galaxy A73 mobile device via Flipkart on 21.05.2022 and My device was activated similarly on 21.05.2022 as I confirmed with the Samsung care team. It's been nearly more than 10 days since I'm using the A73 device still I was unable to redeem the buds live offer. It implies that my device is not eligible for this offer but I followed all the steps for redemption as per the rules but I wasn't able to redeem the offer.
So I contacted the Samsung care team, and they told me to approach the point of purchase (i.e) Flipkart regarding this issue. Then I read out the terms and conditions regarding this offer where in point 2 they mentioned clearly like if the device is bought either from Samsung shop or Flipkart we can approach through Samsung care regarding redemption issue. Even when I contacted Flipkart they also mentioned the same to visit the Samsung team for this issue.
So I approached the Samsung team in all regards. Still, I am not able to get a proper solution regarding this .So I kindly request to view on my request and sort it out as soon as possible in redeeming the Buds live offer for my device A73. Was this information helpful? |
