I am a frustrated of Samsung India customer service and their false assurance.
I bought my tablet on which there was an offer of Buds live. its been over 20 days I am following up. Since 16th May your team is harrassing me with false commitments, none if which are being met.
Your Email support is not competent to provide a timeline for raised issue. and time given was never met.
Mr Vinod Singh, Prince, Saurabh and some other guys were who asked me to wait but failed to update me on status on raised issue.
Only repetitive statement received was "Concern is highlighted to respective team and they are working"
Today again Mr Vinod has asked me to wait further for 10 days.
I am frustrated beyond limit and tired of all this follow up.
I am seeking for an solution hence escalating this Samsun CEO email.
