Ur engineers have told they will contact Samsung customer care and put a word. So far no one has called nor turned up. The after service in reliance is of no value, u value ur clients only till u could sell the product. I had been in touch with the higher authorities of the store too. It's just a Merry go around between two concerns with us don't know wen we would get hurt . Or is this a new tactic of selling extended warranty sir ?
