I have bought a Samsung Refrigerator in Aug 2020. The choice was samsung as it is one of the most reputed brand in consumer durables. I paid around 55k for the Model which I had been told was one of the best among others.
5 days back, the fridge stopped working and after lodging complaint, the engineer finally visited and told me that the gas of the product has leaked. He further added that this is very normal and "gas nikal jaati hai jaise aap uuncha model lete ho"
He told me that gas needs to be refilled, "if you get this done by samsung they will add GST and if you want me to do it, I will not charge any GST and you will save money. "
There is something very very wrong with entire functioning of Samsung technical deptt and the way they handle queries.
First of all i want the fridge to be repaired on priority considering the hot weather of Delhi. Secondly if there is so frequent gas leak issues with fridge, it means that you people are manufacturing faulty products and for which we, consumer, are not supposed to pay.
2 year is nothing considering the product which got damaged.
Plz get this issue attended on priority, bill attached herewith
