I have purchased a refrigerator 4 years back and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.
It was a direct samsung outlet and it's closed now...
Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty.
Even manufacturing year of my refrigerator is 2014 and
Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty...
But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...
