I had ordered a refrigerator from Samsung but received a damaged order. I placed a return but Samsung promised to give 10% of amount as compensation! I agreed to them but it has been 2 months now and I have not received any refund. After multiple follow ups now I am forced to raise a complaint! Order ID : [protected] Ticket IDs: 61786314, 64277971, 65032993 I wanted to complaint against Samsung as I trusted them and revoked my return and feel betrayed and this is my only hope! +3 photos Was this information helpful?
